Uppal Building Supplies has been supplying contractors and builders since 2005, and today runs seven yards across British Columbia and Alberta. Every one of them is built on people who show up early, know their products, and treat contractors’ time as the thing it is — money.

We hire for attitude and reliability first. If you know building materials already, great; if you don’t yet, you’ll learn them here faster than anywhere else.

Openings vary by yard and by season, but the work generally falls into a few areas:

• Yard and warehouse — receiving, picking, and loading orders; keeping the yard safe and organized.
• Delivery drivers — getting material to job sites on time, across the Lower Mainland, the Interior, and Alberta.
• Counter and contractor sales — quoting, order desk, and looking after the contractors who build their schedules around us.
• Dispatch and office — scheduling deliveries, purchasing, and administration.
