This website presents the product lines Uppal Building Supplies Ltd. (“UBS”) distributes and lets you request quotes. It is informational: stock varies by yard, and product specifications, colours, and warranties are the manufacturers’ — their published documentation governs over any summary here.

Pricing is provided by quote. A quote request through this site is not an order, and no contract exists until UBS confirms a quote and you accept it. Quoted prices can depend on quantities, current supplier pricing, and delivery arrangements, and errors and omissions are excepted.

When you attach drawings or photos to a quote request, you confirm you are entitled to share them. We use them only to prepare your quote and keep them as part of the request’s record — see the Privacy Policy.

Manufacturer names and logos on this site — James Hardie, Mitten, and the rest — are trademarks of their respective owners, shown to identify products UBS distributes. The rest of the site’s content belongs to UBS and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.

The site is provided as-is. UBS works to keep the information on it accurate but does not warrant that it is complete or current, and is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the site alone — confirm critical details (dimensions, compatibility, code compliance) with your yard before ordering.
